| education to dog trainers, behavior counselors, and other companion dog professionals. From May 2002 until November 2004, Mary was the Executive Trainer for the Good Dog Foundation's Fairfield/Westchester County animal-assisted therapy training program, where she also served as a facility team leader and active volunteer with her lovable Lab/Hound mix "Figaro". Mary gives in-home private lessons in Southern Fairfield County, CT and teaches a variety of group classes at Port Chester Obedience Training Club (www.teachrover.com) in White Plains, NY. Mary is a professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and annually attends a variety of educational events to keep ahead of the curve in modern dog training and care. She lives with her husband and their four dogs, two Lab rescues and two purebred Labs, including young Peppermint (Radiance Love That Spice), who promises to bring as much joyful enthusiasm for work in the Obedience and Rally rings and in the field as her retired older "brother" Lance always did
